Overacting

After watching CSI:Miami for the past few years, it has come to my attention that David Caruso's acting is getting more and more lebih now. I know he's been acting melebih-lebih since the first episode but it's become so clear now because he had to adjust his pose just to pass a key to a detective to open the door. I was like "WTF man. Pass key also need to pose ar?". Chek downloads CSI:Miami and he's now counting how many times Horatio Caine needs to take off and put on his sun glasses in an episode. According to Chek, Horatio needs to put on his sun glasses before shooting the baddies. Probably he couldn't get a good shot with the bright Miami sun shining in his eyes.

OK enough with Horatio Caine. I'm currently listening to My Chemical Romance's The Black Parade in my car and The Killers' Sam's Town, Evanescence's The Open Door and Jet's Shine On in my mp3 player. I'm really enjoying all 4 albums and I recommend it to everyone who listens to alternative rock music. I'm also enjoying streaming Christmas songs from Yahoo! and Accuradio (thanks to Midori who recommended this site) to get myself into the Christmas mood. Muahahahahaha! My recommendation is to listen to Holiday Jazz as that's where you get Christmas songs played on the piano. :)

On other news, i went for my company's team building last weekend in Eagle Ranch, Port Dickson. It was an awesome 2 days because i got to meet almost every employee in my company. I got the chance to know them and that really helped me settle into my new working environment. Going through the Obstacle Course (although i didn't complete all of it because of my knee) was very tiring as well as challenging and it really teaches you what teamwork is all about. Go-kart was great because you get to experience what racing is all about although it's in a small car with an engine that could be from a lawn mower. Hahaha. However, the best activity was Paintball. I don't know how to describe it but the experience of shooting your opponents is just damn bloody good. To put it simply, it's real life Counter Strike. Of course it cant replace the feeling i get when i play football but it does come close. So if any of you guys/gals is organising paintball session, please let me know ok. That's all i have for you all. Toodles.

Siewharong

We had a BBQ at Audrey's place last Saturday to celebrate her birthday. The food was superb and the equipments for BBQ-ing was top notch. It was by far the simplest BBQ-ing experience i've had (not to say that i've been BBQ-ing for a long time). Anyway, when we about to start the cake cutting and happy birthday singing ceremony, Allen started chanting "Siewharong! Siewharong! Siewharong!". Well, you gotta admit the chant is damn catchy and soon everyone (ok not everyone, but members of our gang) joined in the fun. Later, after filling ourselves with the birthday cake, we were sitting around in Audrey's dining room making a lot of noise when Allen (yes, him again) started singing the Tokyo Drift song but with some lyrics changed to fit Siewharong's name. It was freaking funny and it got everyone in stitches. Midori cant sing a few words without bursting out in laughter. Anyway, i've modified the lyrics so that everyone can learn to sing it. Wahahahahahaha!!!

"I wonder if you know,
Who is Siewharong,
If you've seen her, then you'll know that,
She's as blur as a sotong.
Siewharong!!!"

P/S: Since i'm the one who did the lyrics, u guys/gals should be the ones doing the singing. Muahahahahahaha!

Random Updates (2)

This is my second week of working and work is getting more interesting now. Weekends fly past at warp speed nowadays and i'm missing my chilling days very much. I miss reading the newspapers (real ones, not the online version). I miss waking up at 10-11am everyday. I miss going to the gym every Mon, Wed and Fri evenings. But i guess everyone has to move on and assume working responsibilites. It's just another step in a person's life. On another note, my knee is healing fine (i hope) but i still cant bend it fully. The good news is that the ligament is still intact and i would just have to strengthen it to play sports again. After it heals, it would be another round of gym work and i would have to find the time to go for gym after work. I could start swimming again after this rainy spell in KL. It rains almost every evening and yesterday's thunderstorm was one of the worst i've seen. The lightning flashes that i saw on my way back home was really scary and it just makes you want to reach home ASAP to get out of the bad weather. That's all the updates for now. Till next time.
